The availability of any feature does not guarantee that such feature will remain available permanently. 3. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR GUARANTEE OF RESULTS ViewLinkr provides technology tools only. Statements made by users. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content is accurate and appropriate. 8. VISUAL DOCUMENTATION REPORTS AND COMPARISON FEATURES ViewLinkr may provide tools that allow users to create visual documentation projects, including but not limited to: Before-and-after panorama comparisons Cleaning documentation Maintenance records Restoration documentation Inspection-related documentation Renovation progress records Property condition reports Project-based visual records Users understand and agree that ViewLinkr is only a technology platform that provides tools for creating and presenting visual information. ViewLinkr does not verify, certify, approve, inspect, confirm, or guarantee: That work shown in a report was completed. That images accurately represent conditions. That before-and-after comparisons are truthful. That uploaded content was captured at the claimed time or location. That a service provider performed work shown in the documentation. That reports will be accepted as official documentation by any company, customer, government agency, insurance provider, marketplace, or third party. Any report, comparison, image, annotation, or documentation created using ViewLinkr represents information provided by the user. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and intended use of their reports. 9. PANORAMA IMAGES AND VISUAL COMPARISONS ViewLinkr may provide interactive panorama viewing features, including: Panorama rotation Fullscreen viewing Comparison sliders Synchronized before-and-after views Connected panorama experiences Other interactive viewing features Users acknowledge that: Panorama images may vary depending on device, camera quality, lighting conditions, positioning, and capture methods. Mobile device panorama images may not represent professional 360-degree photography. Distortion, stitching errors, missing areas, inaccurate perspective, or visual differences may occur. ViewLinkr does not guarantee professional-quality results from user-generated panorama images. Users are responsible for selecting appropriate equipment, capture methods, and environments. 10. PUBLIC SHARING, LINKS, QR CODES, AND ACCESS ViewLinkr may allow users to share content through: Public links Private links QR codes Embedded viewers Other sharing methods Users understand that once content is shared publicly: Anyone with access may view the content. Recipients may copy, screenshot, save, download, or redistribute content. ViewLinkr cannot control third-party actions. Removing content from ViewLinkr may not remove copies saved elsewhere. Users are responsible for deciding what content they make publicly available. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS The ViewLinkr platform, including but not limited to: Software Code Design Interface Branding Logos Graphics Features Documentation Technology Processes is owned by or licensed to ViewLinkr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, users may not: Copy ViewLinkr software. Reverse engineer the platform. Modify the platform. Sell access to the platform. Remove ownership notices. Create competing products using ViewLinkr technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ViewLinkr intellectual property to users. 15. FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS If users provide: Feedback Ideas Suggestions Feature requests Improvements Recommendations to ViewLinkr, users agree that ViewLinkr may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
